How do I get my photos to pop?

Insta filters are great, but they lack the power and fine-tuning details photoshop can provide. Most professional photographers (and many social media influencers) use Photoshop to give their photos that WOW factor. I've been using Photoshop for years and will teach you the foundational tools you'll need as well as some cool tips and tricks I've learned along the way!

    Introduction to Photoshop

    • a. Learn how Photoshop is laid out, where tools and panels are located, how to import photos, and how to create a blank canvas.

    • Learn about why layers are important and how to use the different types of layer tools Photoshop has.

    Curves

    • Learn how to use one of the most powerful tools photoshop has to offer in color and lighting correction!

    Photo Correction: Erasing or Duplicating Objects

    • Learn to use some of the main photo correction tools like the clone stamp, content aware, and more.

    Photo Correction: Crop and Rotate

    • Learn how to crop and rotate images, making them more balanced and level.

    Layer Masks

    • Learn how to use one of Photoshop’s most important tools; layer masks.

    Selection

    • Learn how to use the selection tools to remove objects from a scene or copy them to another scene.

    Filters

    • Learn how to use filter tools like blur, sharpen, oil painting, and liquify.

    Photoshop Workflow

    • Watch as Ashley shows her Photoshop workflow as she edits a few photos from start to finish.

  • Community Groups

    In addition to learning content, each camp in this bundle contains access to a closed Community Group where campers can get peer support and interact with other campers as well as with our camp instructor Ashley. Find out more about how Community Groups work on our FAQ page.

  • Weekly Live Chat

    In addition to her support in the camp’s Community Groups, once a week our camp instructor Ashley will be available on a special live chat in our camp platform. This is a time where campers can get live and immediate answers to their questions from the guru herself!
